London-headquartered global esports performance brand Fnatic has partnered with Crypto.com for a multi-year deal.
Of late Crypto.com has inked multiple agreements with big sports teams and businesses throughout the world. The pioneering cryptocurrency platform has now somewhat changed its focus to the esports sector. Crypto.com will serve as Fnatic’s Global Cryptocurrency Partner under the newly reached deal.
The contract is worth £10.9 million and will last for five years. Crypto.com, as Fnatic’s Global Crypto Partner, will provide new crypto payment alternatives for Fnatic supporters as well as launch a variety of digital items such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Fans will also have the opportunity to partake in “money-can’t-buy” experiences, according to the press release. VIP benefits from other Crypto.com affiliates are on the list of excitements. The logo and branding of Crypto.com will be prominently displayed on Fnatic team jerseys until 2026.
After a length of time with what some may describe as “conventional sports,” such as NHL hockey and Formula 1 racing, Crypto.com has launched its first step into esports. Aston Martin Cognizant’s F1 racing team, Lega Serie A, Paris Saint-Germain, the Montreal Canadians, the Ultimate Fighting Championship are among Crypto.com’s other sports partners.
Crypto.com will collaborate with Fnatic in many avenues with different teams, players, and connected individuals, according to the press release. “Collaborative storytelling with existing Crypto.com partners, engaging gaming content, branded in-game experiences and physical events,” according to Crypto.com.
Fans new to cryptos and NFTs, as well as those who simply want to learn more about the business, will benefit from Crypto.com’s financial literacy and education on the cryptocurrency market.
